MADISON, Ms--Sources from Washington, D.C. recently told the Catfish Report that most, if not all, of the major hill operatives will not be participating in the 1st District Congressional race in Mississippi. Speculation concerning the likelyhood of another GOP defeat is beginning to increase.
"Is there even a race still going on? " responded Chuck Q. Citizen when asked about his preference in the election.
