Flat iron steak

KROGER, U.S.A-- The Kroger grocery store chain is marketing a cut of meat called the "flat iron steak".

"This is the hottest selling steak in all of the Kroger meat departments. You can get a 1 pound steak for five dollars. Many restaurants are selling this exact same cut for eighteen to twenty dollars, " said the head butcher of Kroger in Madison, Ms.
